This hotel was in the perfect location for us, being only blocks from family. The room was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed swimming in the pool and the fact that check-out was at noon. The staff all seemed really kind. The provided breakfast had a variety of available dishes, probably one of the most varied offerings I've seen at a hotel. And there was plenty of seating to be able to sit and eat without feeling rushed.

We asked for a rollaway upon checkin and it was in the room before we got there. The pool area was open 24 hours and I noticed a lift for disabled to use to enter the pool and hot tub, which I thought a very nice accommodation. The included breakfast was routine, but clean and well stocked. The room was cleanand has nice linens. The location and access is convenient especially if you wish to be on the northside of Spokane,

The kitchen and lobby space was very comfortable and clean, exceeded our expectations. The staff were amazingly friendly and helpful, and always cleaning areas. The breakfast was excellent, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. We also loved the little store at the front desk for quick access to drinks, snacks and small gifts. :) Parking was easily accessible and well located.

This is a nice hotel and well-located for our visit to friends living north of town. Unfortunately, it was just an overnight so did not take advantage of the hotel amenities. The breakfast room has a nice environment. With outside temps in the 90's, the room A/C did a good job of keeping the room cool. Room lighting is a little dark, but at least one overhead light.

We arrived in the midst of stressful motorcycle repair issues and the staff (and manager) could not have been better! They managed an early check in and gave us a better deal on our second night when we had to stay. They made sure our bikes were safe and just plain seemed to care. The laundry facilities were great and all was clean. We felt almost at home.
